Frozen Mixed Tropical Fruit
I used a bag of pre-prepared smoothie mix

Frozen ripe banana
Depending on whether you like the flavour. More banana will result in a creamier nice-cream. Peel and freeze in chunks for at least 2 hours

Coconut milk or cream or other plant milk .
I use the cream that sets at the top of a can of coconut milk
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a food processor and whiz for around 5 minutes until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
You will need to stop and scrape down the sides a few times. It may seem that it will never become smooth but stick with it.
Serve straight away or freeze for 30 minutes – 1 hour in a container for a firmer nice-cream.
Yummy served with extra fruit.
