About Planted Wellbeing | Yoga, Aromatherapy & Massage in Great Haywood, Staffordshire

Hello, I’m Adrienne, the founder of Planted Wellbeing, offering gentle yoga classes, aromatherapy massage, and seasonal wellbeing workshops in Great Haywood, Little Haywood and Rugeley, Staffordshire. I create calm, nurturing spaces where you can slow down, rest, and reconnect with yourself.

Everything I offer — from massage and aromatherapy treatments to yoga classes and seasonal workshops — is thoughtfully held and unhurried, giving you time to soften, breathe, and simply be. My intention is to support your wellbeing by nurturing both body and mind, offering personalised, accessible, and deeply restorative care.

A Gentle, Rest-Focused Approach

I trained as a yoga teacher in 2019, completing the YMCA Fit Yoga Teaching Level 3 Diploma, and have continued my learning with further training in Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Breathwork, Yoga Nidra and Menopause Yoga.

My teaching is gentle and inclusive, with a strong emphasis on slowing down, listening to the body, and practising with kindness and curiosity.

Aromatherapy Massage in Great Haywood

Alongside yoga, I am a qualified Clinical Aromatherapist offering aromatherapy massage from my garden treatment room in Great Haywood, Staffordshire. Using high-quality natural plant oils and pure essential oils, each treatment is individually tailored and unhurried, supporting relaxation, easing tension, and encouraging emotional calm.

Yoga Classes in Little Haywood & Rugeley

My yoga classes in Little Haywood and Rugeley are welcoming and accessible, particularly suited to beginners or those returning to yoga. Classes offer options for different bodies and experience levels, with no pressure to perform or achieve, just an invitation to move, breathe, and rest in a supportive community.

Living in Rhythm

When I’m not teaching yoga or working in the treatment room, I enjoy spending time outdoors, walking, gardening, and tuning into the changing seasons. These quieter rhythms continue to shape my work and sit at the heart of Planted Wellbeing.
